Templates can be designed in infinite ways.

TABLES: Three columns with a top row, which we favor (like our home page) do to the simplicity in navigation for the common user and secondly the two columns with the top row (as this page you're viewing now) for sections that required more content.

LAYERS: To achieve absolute positioning, when we need an object to overlap a certain part of the page, layers are a great feature, though being a separate page on their own, they can slow down the download of the page in question.

FRAMES: We do not recommend to anyone, but only if "absolutely necessary." Though certain designers may swear by them, they will slowdown your pages, sometimes to a crawl since they are in reality several pages downloading all at once into the 2, 3, 4 and even more partitions. And no search engine in existence will ever find you, since the frame set itself does not have a readable source for the web bots or robots crawling the information super highway.

If all you need is template you want to update yourself, we will happily design it for you and even point out the software we recommend (usually of non or very little technical complexity) to update your site.

If you're a programmer and need a template, we will do just the same, of course without the technical bit, since you will most definitely know what software to use and how to go about it.
